By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at our sole discretion. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Users who are minors in their jurisdiction must have the permission of and be supervised by a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
Our Services are available only to users who can form legally binding contracts. By using Webdone, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.
If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. In that case, the terms "you" and "your" refer to that entity. If you lack such authority, you will be personally liable for all obligations under this Agreement.
We may rely on instructions and communications from your account as being genuine. If we have reasonable doubts about the authenticity of a request, we reserve the right to require additional authentication.
You are responsible for all use of your account and the Services, whether by you, your agents, or unauthorized third parties.
You agree to use Webdone in accordance with these rules of conduct. Your use of the service, including any content you submit, must comply with all applicable laws and this agreement.
You may not use our service to create or distribute content that is illegal, promotes violence, is sexually exploitative, or violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others. You also may not engage in spamming, hacking, or any activity that disrupts the service.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute Webdone itself. You may not access content through any technology other than the Webdone platform itself.
You are solely responsible for backing up your content. We do not warrant that we back up your account or content. We may require government-issued identification for verification purposes.
Webdone may provide access to third-party websites, services, or content ("Third-Party Materials") that we do not control. We do not endorse these materials and are not responsible for them.
Your use of Third-Party Materials is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms from the third-party provider. We disclaim all liability for any damages or losses resulting from your use of or reliance on any Third-Party Materials, including any purchases you may make.
We work hard to make sure Webdone is available for you 24/7. But let's be real—sometimes technology has other plans. We might need to take the service offline for routine maintenance, or a pesky bug could cause a temporary interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webdone and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
The aggregate liability of Webdone to you for all claims combined under these terms is limited to the lesser of: (a) the amount you have paid to Webdone for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) US$144.00.
Each provision in this section that limits liability or excludes damages is a fundamental element of the agreement between us. These limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law, even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
We maintain data you transmit to the Services to manage performance and track usage. Although we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for all data you transmit or generate through your use of the Services.
You agree that we shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of such data, and you waive any right to action against us arising from such an event. We advise you to maintain your own backups of critical information.
This agreement remains in effect while you use the Webdone service.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to deny access to or terminate your account for any breach of these terms or any applicable law or regulation. We may do this without prior notice or liability.
Should your account be terminated, you are forbidden from creating a new account. This prohibition applies regardless of the name or identity used.
In addition to account termination, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law to protect our rights, property, and the safety of our users.
Nobody's perfect, and sometimes we make mistakes. You might spot a typo here and there, or maybe a price that's not quite right.
We're always working to keep everything on Webdone accurate and up-to-date. So, we reserve the right to fix any errors or update information as soon as we spot them. We'll do our best to give you a heads-up about big changes, but sometimes we have to make corrections on the fly. Thanks for your understanding!
This document, along with any other policies we've posted on the Webdone platform (like our Privacy Policy), represents the entire and complete understanding between you and us. It supersedes any previous conversations or agreements we may have had.
Think of it as the single source of truth for how we work together. Also, if we happen to overlook a breach of these terms and don't take action right away, it doesn't mean we're waiving our right to address it later. We always have the right to enforce these rules to keep the platform fair and secure for everyone.
We are a growing business, and sometimes that means we need to adapt. We reserve the right to transfer our rights and responsibilities under this agreement to another company. This could happen, for example, if Webdone is acquired or if we restructure our business. Rest assured, if this happens, the new party will be bound by the same commitments we've made to you here.
